A reminder worth keeping

“I had a voucher
for that.”
Less of that.

Store a voucher, link it to the relevant card and keep its expiry in view. A useful nudge to use what you already have.

The dates come from what you enter. The issuer’s terms still decide where, when and how the voucher can be used.

Start without an account.

Your local card wallet can work without registration. Keep it simple, from the first card.

Sync is your choice.

Choose an account and card sync if you want a cloud copy. Creating an account alone does not upload your cards.

Location is optional.

Nearby-store suggestions use permission you control. Your saved cards remain useful without location access.

Know your cards a little better

Your programmes.
Plainly explained.

Explore the independent guides already on ZAR Rewards. Each programme has its own way of earning, saving and redeeming.

Straight answers

A few things
before you start.

Does ZAR Rewards give me new loyalty points?

ZAR keeps the cards you already use together. Your retailer or programme still awards its own points, savings and benefits according to its rules.

What works without internet?

Cards saved on your device remain available offline. Downloading the app, cloud sync and live shared shopping need a connection.

Do I have to register?

No account is needed for the local wallet. An account is optional for cloud card sync.

Are My ZAR values live balances?

No. They are estimates based on supported conversion rates and the balances you enter. They do not combine separate programme currencies or guarantee what you can redeem.

Can someone shop from my shared list without the app?

The recipient can open the shared link without installing ZAR Rewards. Use shared-card features only in line with the relevant programme’s rules, and share with someone you trust.

Where can I get help?

Visit Help & account support or email hello@zarewards.co.za. Feature availability can vary by app version and platform.
